There are only 2 pharmacies here and insurance dictates which one I go to. It is convenient to pick up prescriptions while shopping.

I was in the process of asking the person behind the counter about my prescription and giving her info to look into it and the pharmacist came up behind her, read the screen without addressing me and told me abruptly "we don't have that here, you're going to have to figure out what else you can use". I was mortified that he had looked at my personal information without my consent and further that he gave me useless advice on how to proceed. I asked if my prescription could be ordered, because, after all it had been prescribed to me, and his response was " we haven't had that in in years. I was able to get my prescription filled at the pharmacy next door without any difficulty, they didn't have it in stock but they ordered it for me.
