Pharmacies provide an essential service but are not treated as such. Norma and Steve, thank you for you much needed expertise and service. Thank you also to the other people behind the counter that I have met met yet. I implore everyone to do your best to exercise patience knowing they are under staffed and are doing their best to accommodate and provide an essential service. Without them, you would not be getting your needed medicines.

They always need 20-30 minutes to prep it. They tell me we have a problem, they'll ask my doctor. 1 refill later they have the same problem. Most of the time I let it go, but I'm going for 3 months and won't be able to refill. So I'm screwed and have to do without.
