As a beginner, I felt that she had much to teach but was easy to follow. The different accommodations and flexibility with the poses made the class very accessible to someone with physical challenges. This instructor told me she has specialized training in yoga for TBI patients, and her caring spirit is evident in her approach. This is the best yoga class I've ever attended and the first one that has been disability friendly. Definitely at the top of my list!
