As soon as the rapid covid/ influenza test came back negative, she was unwilling to listen or address any other possibilities to treat the respiratory systems that my inhaler couldn’t keep up with. I understand that she is the only doctor on staff but she wasn’t willing to take the 2 minutes to listen. My visit was a waste of time and money. I left with no answers, treatment/ symptom management, and the statement “if you’re still having coughing fits and persistent asthma attacks in a week or so come back to see me.”
