The staff is nice and all, but it’s painfully obvious that the company they work for only cares about making as much money as humanly possible, which is why they do virtual eye exams. It’s also why there are more customers than staff, so you end up waiting a long time after your exam just to get helped, even though you scheduled an appointment. I literally had the time to write this during the 30+ minutes I’ve been waiting after my contacts exam. Again, the staff is great, but this office is so painfully corporate that it honestly disgusts me.
