Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, took the time to thoroughly explain the process, and made it a completely non-judgmental space. Doctor Clarissa and her assistant Ale were great (I hope I’m not mistaken on the assistant’s name—my apologies if so). I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.

The second time I scheduled an anual exam and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Both doctors I’ve seen there have been so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. I couldn’t recommend Planned Parenthood more, everyone from the moment you walk in is so nice and professional!
- KSKira SingletonNov 14, 20221.0First: Nobody could keep the purpose of my visit straight. It took a ton of extra time just to sort that out because someone in Washington mixed up my visit purpose. Techs were rude, wait times long, and the only thing offered was extensive blood testing. Second, I was charged $800 for this bloodwork and told I'd be able to go over the results in a Telehealth visit. I've been calling and messaging via the patient portal for over two months now trying to get that follow-up. Nobody can make a simple appointment apparently. So I got robbed for nearly a thousand dollars because it's impossible to just call the Anchorage office and talk to someone, and the patient portal is a farce where nobody responds.
