  This location has been amazing twice now! First time just needed a quick updated prescription and everything was fast, efficient, and comfortable. The second time I scheduled an anual exam and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Both doctors I’ve seen there have been so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. I couldn’t recommend Planned Parenthood more, everyone from the moment you walk in is so nice and professional!

  After years of trusting Planned Parenthood clinics in various states, and having great experiences, this office by far let me down. The provider seemed knowledgeable but after her telling me that women over 40 need an annual Pap smear done every 5 years-basically discouraging me from doing what I knew was right and having my “annual” done. After talking to a REAL doctor, it’s actually every 3 years. 5 years between tests could easily cost someone their LIFE. She did have me perform the self swab for the 3 major STI’s prevalent in this area, to which I never received the results for. I logged into the patient portal, which did not show the results, nor that the test had even been performed. I requested a response through the portal, which I’d be surprised if I got an answer back since it looks like the test was never ordered. Where did my sample go is my question? I Will NEVER go back as it’s obvious they don’t give a hoot about the public’s safety or my health. Extremely DISAPPOINTED with this office.

  I made an appointment here when I was considering switching birth controls. I feel like the counseling I got was fair and balanced and I felt informed and supported in my decisions. I got a Mirena IUD placed by a nurse practitioner and I was surprised by the fact that it didn't hurt in the least bit! Very good experience.
