Rachel from Parliament reached out to me and exhibited a high level of professionalism and understanding/openness, and the circumstances were addressed appropriately. As Parliament Chiropractic has previously created great massage experiences for me otherwise, I find it fitting that I provide a revised rating and review with the positive and sensible communication I've had with Rachel. Their facilities are clean, relaxing, and inviting. It seems that they also find it significant to keep good communication and engagement in efforts to assure quality customer service, which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, Kaleigh delivers impeccable service, thus I highly recommend her if you visit Parliament Chiropractic. They seem to be a well-meaning and caring business.
