I bought a new one the very next day but I couldn't get my Shokz earphones that I bought at this location to "pair" with my new phone. An employee in the electronics area named "Jhaled" (I'm not 100% sure that's his name) helped me for over 30 minutes getting it "paired" for me. This was around 4 PM on Monday, December 29th. I really appreciated the help he gave me. I'm a huge runner and I need my music on my cell phone for my very long runs. Thanks again. David
