Always nice staff, neat products you can’t find anywhere. Always go here for Christmas as they carry authentic German Christmas cookies

On November 9, around 6PM,
The woman at the photo center was cold and unwelcoming from the very beginning. She clearly wasn’t willing to help, and her approach was completely unprofessional.
She didn’t even check the photo she took of my 4-year-old daughter — when we opened the envelope, my daughter’s eyes were looking down, so the photo won’t be accepted. That’s $20 lost right there.
For my 3-year-old son, she didn’t make any effort to get his attention — no “hi,” no “look here,” not even a clicking sound to help him look at the camera. She just stood there silently, without any patience or friendliness.
This was definitely our last time going to that location for photos, and we don’t recommend anyone else to go there as well.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting passport photos.
I went to Shoppers Drug Mart to take passport photos for my two kids (ages 3 and 4), and it was an absolute disappointment. The woman working at the photo center was not only unfriendly but also completely unprofessional.
My 4-year-old daughter was sitting perfectly still for her photo, and the assistant took only one picture, then told us to open the envelope after one hour so it will develop. When I opened the envelope, my daughter’s eyes were looking down — the photo would never be accepted for a passport. Why not to take a couple and to choose a proper one? Especially my daughter was absolutely fine with doing it!
With my 3-year-old son, it was even worse. It was hard to get him to look at the camera, and the employee didn’t say a single word to help — she just stood there silently, like a statue. No effort, no interaction at all. Even other customers in line were whispering about how unprofessional she was.
She never asked if I wanted digital copies or mentioned any extra options. Last time I had photos done somewhere else, they automatically offered digital and printed versions — this time, I had no idea I wouldn’t get them by email. When I called later, they said I needed to pay extra, but nobody explained that before. And to get digital I have to make new photos again.
In the end, I paid $40 for total of 4 photos, 2 of which isn’t even usable. That’s outrageously expensive for such poor service. I will never go back there and strongly do not recommend this location to anyone. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else to re-do the photos again!

The lady manager on duty was kind enough to check the back for an item I specifically drove to Red Deer for when 2 other staff members gave up. I appreciate her efforts and I unfortunately failed to get her name

I recently switched all my prescriptions to the London Drugs Pharmacy and the difference has been astounding.
After a highly negative experience with a previous pharmacy that resulted in a serious medication error, I had unfortunately lost faith in my healthcare providers. This team has completely turned that around.
From the first interaction, everyone at this pharmacy—from the pharmacy assistants to the technicians—has been absolutely incredible. They are consistently nice, approachable, and truly helpful professionals. Their attention to detail and genuine care have made me feel confident and safe again regarding my prescriptions.
A special thank you to Richard for his excellent assistance and support.
If you are looking for a pharmacy with competent, caring, and professional staff who prioritize the patient experience, I highly recommend making the switch here. It has been a world of difference.
