We didn’t place it in time to get for Christmas, which was fine no problem, said it would done after the 26th. I called the morning of 28th to see if there was an update on timeline, the lady on the phone said they should be done that day. I Went in around 2pm and told them I hadn’t gotten an email yet that they were ready but I was in town still so wanted to check (we live out of town) also our family members were heading home earlier than they planned so we did need sooner than later for their gifts. The lady at the counter looked up my order and said they were almost done but not quite finished. I didn’t want to wait around in town so I told her I would just get my husband to pick them up the next day. Well he went in the next day at noon, and was told they had run out of ink for the printer and they wouldn’t be done until later in the week. We unfortunately couldn’t wait so I told him to just pay for whatever they ones they had finished and I would figure it out. Well turns out they hadn’t even started them!! If the lady hadn’t lied to my face and just told me that, I could have just cancelled my order and gone to somewhere else and printed off what I needed, or even used their kiosk that day and done it. Instead I had to rush around trying to find somewhere to print them off as fast as possible before our family left that day. Very very disappointing they just lied like that.

Christmas seems like their busiest time of year but she continuously has went above and beyond! Thank you.
