As I first walked in the door , I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. I felt welcome. The environment was very clean. I got my ears checked by Karen . She was very kind, caring, and professional. I was booked again to check the validity of the first results. On my second visit , I was greeted once again with a smile. Karen went above and beyond today. She was very kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic. I am so grateful. Thank you.

Mama suffers from early stage dementia. Karen was so patient. She spent so much time with us to get mom comfortable and provided her with “easy to care for” hearing aids. I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. Thank you both for being so wonderful. I will be spreading the word about this location.
