Normally when I come in, I don’t always feel appreciated, and I’ve never really had someone take the time to truly help me or give me a proper consultation. Havana completely changed that experience. She went above and beyond to help me with no hesitation, making sure I felt heard and supported. I also noticed her consistently approaching every customer with a welcoming smile and genuine kindness, making sure all of their needs were met. I even spoke with her assistant manager to express my sincere gratitude and let them know what an incredible job Havana does. She is truly an asset to the team and made my visit a memorable one

Unfortunately, my experience at the customer service/refunds counter (where lottery tickets are sold) was very disappointing. The employee assisting me showed a visibly unhappy attitude and negative facial expressions simply because I paid for lottery tickets with cash. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service was surprising and upsetting. It’s sad to see how customer service can deteriorate when employees don’t fully understand their role or treat customers with unnecessary judgment. This interaction completely ruined my mood on Christmas Eve and left a negative impression, despite an otherwise good visit. I hope management addresses this, as London Drugs is usually known for better service.
