Other places in Edmonton told us to book an appointment and said they were full, but we decided to walk in here and I’m so glad we did! The gentleman who helped us was incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. He checked and repaired the hearing aid in less than a minute! These days, it’s rare to find genuine people who truly care about helping others and are so dedicated to their work. I brought back a defective aid and he quickly diagnosed and fixed it. Thank you. I asked about a hearing aid ear itch solution. They were out but on a subsequent visit, he provided a sample bottle. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
