  I have had excellent service and support from the entire staff at Connect Hearing in south Edmonton (Pleasantview location). From the front desk staff who are always able to get me a convenient appointment or fix a hearing aid that stopped charging, to the audiologist who has worked with me over the years to get my hearing (and life) back on track or guiding the process with WCB I have been totally supported. I appreciate all that they have done for me and my family. Thank you

  I went yesterday to a hearing test to this clinic and I had the most amazing experience at this place. The receptionist Allison was very good she listened to all my complaints about my hearing problems I have been having for the last three months. Usually receptionist are indifferent not Allison. I am very please with her service. Then I saw hearing aid practitioner Hareena Singh-Chandon Omg she was so knowledgeable and professional she even show me in a big screen the inside of my ear. My ear looked still infected and not healed therefore she couldn’t do the hearing test and she explained that it wouldn’t be accurate. Everything was explained in great detail. Both the receptionist and the practitioner were very professional and caring. THANK YOU to both of you. I will recommend this clinic with no hesitation.

  I consulted with Hareena Singh-Chandhok when upgrading my hearing aids. She was very knowledgeable and generous with her time with me to make sure I was fitted properly. She also spent lots of time during the followup visit. A very personable and caring person and I will look forward to further followup visits with her. I would also add that the receptionist was also welcoming and accommodated my needs very well when it came to making appointments and dropping in for supplies.

  Sounds like call center agents required hearing aide as well, they don't even listen what I was trying to say!
