These days that is hard to find but I did at London Drugs Shawnessy in the electronic section. I am a senior and not technically savvy. I was first helped by Steve. I held up a picture of a “gaming mouse” and Steve walked me right over to that section. Then Odin offered to take me at the till. He jumped hoops trying to find the product. Anyway eventually he had to bring it into the store from another location. Odin also looked on the computer and said it would be going on sale the following Thursday and if I brought in my receipt when I picked up the “mouse” they would honour that sale price. Guess what? I went in on the Thursday the product was there and I received the sale price! I saved $60!!! I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough. You guys get customer service! Thanks again!

No staff stopped by. Finally a busy lady came to the counter after serving multiple customers on the other side. Thanks for her hard work. Whoever prepared schedule should work better and please keep it up London drugs.
