The staff member, who seemed to be the manager at the photo lab, responded rudely, saying, “It’s an ID photo, not a fashion show.” The comment was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt dismissive in a way that could be perceived as racist. If you cannot treat customers with respect, that is unacceptable. Customers should be able to request a retake, even if an extra charge is required. What a racist manager!

I was having a hard time getting my insurance Paperwork which I needed help figuring out Alex was super rude aggressive just sounded really annoyed with me and was yelling at me just to find out that they are not even compounding pharmacy. The worst customer service ever my advice stay away from the pharmacy.
