On Tuesday, November 11th, I called this pharmacy to let them know that I had run out of my metformin. I asked if I could come in to pick up a refill, but they refused, saying that I was 21 days early for my next refill. I do not understand how that is possible—what am I supposed to do if I no longer have any of my diabetes medication? Because they would not release the refill, I experienced side effects from missing my medication, including blurry vision and shaking. This eventually forced me to go to the hospital, where they had to issue my medication instead. I will not be returning here for any future prescriptions.

I was at London Drugs recently picking up some products and the lady (head scarf) at the beauty counter was super friendly, happy, and a pleasure to be around while running my purchases through! The only thing was the products were not easy for her. The scanner was not reading the bar code with each scan and this took longer especially when you’re buying a number of things. Maybe London Drugs could be more helpful to its associates and get a scanner that works. I’m sure their employees would appreciate it.

I had a very bad experience here. The other day, October 14, Tuesday at 9pm. I’m in customer service doing my STACKING COUPONS with the nice cashier name Kristine P and this employee who’s about to go home came to us and started talking so loudly, like “You empty the shelves, you get all the sales items. We have the right to limit the product you’re RIDICULOUS.” I was like excuse me??? And then she keeps repeating “You’re RIDICULOUS” with her loud voice and take note in front of my 11-year-old daughter. I can’t depend myself because she couldn’t stop talking, and then she told Kristine P. “Next time ask your supervisor,” then she went out to the exit door and still keeps saying, “You’re RIDICULOUS” she's literally shouting. First and foremost, how should I know that there's a limit? There is no tag or note that there’s a limit on the item that I bought. Secondly, of course, I will get the sales one. That’s why I came to your store, because your product is on sale compared to other stores. And lastly, yes, you have the right to limit the item, but there’s a nicer way to say it. To explain it to your customers. The nerve to talk like that to your customers and in front of the kids. You should know better. You can ask Kristine P who is this RUDE supervisor. Kristine told me her name. I just forgot it. Please do something to address this matter. It is not right to act like that. FYI, she’s a supervisor.
