Not very knowledgeable on Canadian Passports She held the cam by hand and thank goodness a different staff member came in to take my photo. Because she didn’t know how to use the camera properly. She was stuck working a Sunday of thanksgiving. So I’ll give her that. I’m not coming back to LD for this service. Took so much longer than expected.

Kenneth greeted me and from that moment on my life has been changed for the better forever. He amplified my customer experience to the point where I will remember this London drugs retail store for the rest of my life. I am genuinely so grateful for my interaction with Kenneth today. I thought it would’ve been your standard run of the mill errand where you’re in and out in 5 mins and nothing that special happens. The joy I experienced talking to Kenneth today absolutely makes me a lifelong customer.
