Incompetence at his best , wasting customer time like we dont matter For me to make a post wish I never do show how mad I am about the service. So basically my prepaid credit card didnt have enough money on it so it only took 9$ and still needed to pay the 21$ left. Then they wanted to charge me the total amount despite having paid 9$ already. Brought the supervisor, did some phone called ...made me wait for 20+mins !!!!! Literally told the manager Ill never come back you literally rather loose a weekly customer than pay 9$ of your end to save yourself from loosing a customer. This is what I would've done but hey Im left paying 9$ too much , unsure if I will get it back because they said they will refund me but said completed transaction on both their machine and my card meaning I paid 9$ extra. Anyway you lost a customer! Service is everything... If you can't give decent service forget me You left me angry , late to worked and currently overcharge . All because I wanted to buy a snack before work....

I got confuse as I have no problem using it here in your store 3 weeks ago (when it is more cheaper). She said that she called a manager and the manager said only 1 is allowed. Next day I went to different London Drugs and I have no problems using it i got 6 pcs no question asked. But Hailey if firmed no coupons under her watch. When I ask her name she gave me the attitude, here is my name do me a Google review I don’t care that what she said. I have no plan to write anything but she is the one who gave the idea why not. Since she is rude and she wanted the review why not.
