They called me 2 days before asking me if they could move the appointment back 2 hours from 10am to 12:30am, Testosterone is supposed to be checked in the morning isn't it? After the appointment they wanted to book a follow-up a week and a half later that time wouldn't work for me either earliest day that could work for me would be Jan 2 so I booked that. I got the test resluts online and the numbers didn't look good so I called and asked if I could get a phone consultation sooner so they booked it for Dec.10 at 4pm however nobody phoned me, I called them at 4:15pm and nobody answered I left a message and nobody called me back. I'm glad I didn't pay them anything for this experience.
