  Jordyn was so patient and helpful when my husband had to replace his worn out hearing aids. She allowed us all the time we needed to understand the instructions. She was very knowledgeable and we left feeling well looked after. A lovely lady all round.

  Review from 2019: Extremely pleasantly surprised! My father in law's attachment tube for his Siemens hearing aid broke while he was visiting his son in USA, so his son ordered one online but they delivered a wrong one. Unfortunately, my father in law had to get on the plane to Canada next day, so for a week or so we tried to purchase online the right tube, but no luck. I looked for an audiology clinic around Calgary and saw Dr. Dianne Fennell's highly rated. I gave it a go, called 30 min before closing and rushed there with my father in law. After 10, 15 minutes of waiting for the gentleman who works there to find if they had some, we slowly started losing hope, but finally he returned with a tube and installed it onto my father in law's aid. It fit perfectly and he handed him another one as a spare. When I asked, how much is this? He said, it's OK, it's nothing. ?!?!!?!? We've spent 9 years in Canada and this is one of very few cases where I was so pleasantly surprised. It was not about the money. Of course, the tubes are not free, but they were given to us for free and the whole situation and atmosphere was really nice. My father in law was so happy that finally after a few weeks of annoying sounds from an inadequate tube, he finally started hearing like before. This was "long story long", but yes, those 5 stars that people rate this place are well deserved! All the best! Sorry for not finding time to write this sooner. Cheers!   I have been wearing hearing aides since I was 24. So that is 30 years of hearing aide technology. I have had a few sets in my lifetime!. My experience working with Dr. Diane was the best experience I have ever had. I finally found a Dr. who understood what I was experiencing. Often the sound is too sharp, I like it rounder and since I am a power user the sound was always pounding into me so she softened that without sacrificing my need to have complete control of the volume . Dr. Diane was able to recommend and provide me with a new set of aides that fit my personal and work life. I can enjoy every part of my life now with these new aides. I would highly recommend Dr. Diane for all your hearing needs.
