  The place is very neat, cute, and safety procedures in place for covid that is good! All staff are very well mannered and professional and friendly, and shows support with ur concerns and explains everything to your satisfactory. Seen Lucy Guo, Catherine Ngan and Winkie Pang, so pleasant. I will be going back there again I’m very satisfied with my visit and will recommend them to all. Ty

  整理妈妈的遗物时，看到了她的助听器，才想起来我实在是欠Lucy医生一个好评：不仅仅因为她不厌其烦地为妈妈讲解调试，让她从开始戴就没有任何的不适，更因为这副助听器极大地提高了妈妈的生活质量，这也间接地提高了全家的生活质量，本来沉闷的餐桌上又有了欢声笑语。 两三年前，妈妈的听力急速下降，我们讲话就像吵架，一句话说了五遍以后她终于听清楚的时候也听到了里面带着的不耐烦，就索性少讲话了，导致一家人也不敢在她面前说笑。当我们咨询Lucy医生时，她说一副好的助听器不仅能让她听得清楚，还能促进她多用脑和减缓或停止听力的衰退，我们便配了一副比较好的。现在回想起来，这是这两年来我们做的最重要也是最正确的决定。妈妈本是个活跃的人，戴上助听器以后又恢复了从前的活力，每天高兴地有说有笑，还去参加各种聚会，看电视也不用开很大声音了。再一次从心底对Lucy医生说一声谢谢！感谢她专业耐心热情的服务！也希望所有的听力下降的老人家都能像妈妈一样享受一副助听器带来的新生。

  I went for my appointment at Bow River Hearing, Downtown Calgary on 16th July. I found Zar Rubab very Professional, Pleasant and Helpful. She has patience, listens and guide properly. Even on the phone her response is very pleasant with clarity. God Bless her.
