She is professional, competent and kind. She is also patient; in one instance I had trouble adjusting to a new hearing aid; after a reasonable time, she replaced it with a different brand which worked well. Her husband, Garth, handles the front desk and minor repairs. He always makes us welcome when we phone or come in, and he addresses our issues promptly. We have appreciated both Patricia's and Garth's care.
