  Well, coming up on 10 years with Connect Hearing and the great team at the Avenida Mall location. The team there is extremely helpful, accomodating, knowledgable, and over the top in CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can always count on a friendly smile and a great experience. I'm at the age where I get lots of inquiries about where I go and I am all PRAISE and NO HESITATION on RECOMMENDING this group. Do yourself a favor, skip the high pressure sales and go someplace where they remember your name and give you great service for years to come. Thanks to the entire Avenida Team, YTB!

  Connect Hearing is the only place I go to as they are professional and honest and very helpful I tell everyone seeking hearing aids to go to Connect as they really care and provide excellent support and warranty

  I have been trying to reach Connect Hearing on Avenida branch for 2 months, made several calls and left messages for them to give me a call back but unfortunately heard nothing from them in all this time. If returning of a call is an issue what would be there service like. Disappointed.

  Terrible experience. I went in April to get my hearing test and I still have not gotten my results sent to my Dr and it's now June. Called 3 times and left 2 voice-mail s but no one has called me back. Waste of my time, do not go here! What's the point when you can't even get your results?
