When we went back to get the new hearing aids, he spent over an hour adjusting them and explaining how they worked. We would highly recommend.

Most recently, following my prolonged absence occasioned by the pandemic, I was delighted to have my beloved six-year-old Phonaks restored to full functionality (free of charge, I might add) via in-store service in Gibsons. I have been especially appreciative of Patricia’s facilitation with the rehab work; and I will much look forward to continuing association with Connect Hearing as I transition into a new pair of Phonaks in the near future.
