  My experience with connect hearing was great. Technician explained everything as it was being done and then explained results as completed. Service and follow up was also very good.

  My experience with Connect Hearing was extremely positive. My audiologist- Roberta Flack- is amazing. She is personable, knowledgeable, and a delight to deal with. The hearing device itself is top notch. I’m still learning about all its features but thus far I am extremely pleased. Sounds are more natural as opposed to “tinny “. I would recommend Connecting Hearing and Phonek to anyone who has a hearing deficit and is looking for a high quality device,

  Paul from the Glenmore Landing location helped my father get fitted for hearing aids and we are very happy with the aids. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and he was meticulous to ensure the aids were configured properly for my father--who chose the Phonak aids. We were intimidated, at first, going into our initial consultation because we didn't know anything about hearing aids, but Paul was very informative and patient with us throughout the process. Our follow-up appointments were much of the same and he left us feeling reassured that we made the right choice. My father is very happy with the aids and delighted to regain his hearing capacity.

  I recently purchased hearing aids from Connect Hearing and I must say, the customer service exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the attention I received was personalized, professional, and incredibly patient. Appointments were punctual, and every interaction felt warm and respectful. The audiologist who assisted me was exceptional. Upon learning that I was relocating abroad, she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and ensure I received the best possible care before my departure. Her dedication was evident—not only did she provide thorough guidance, but she also generously supplied me with several boxes of batteries and cleaning products to support my transition. The facilities at Connect Hearing were modern and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The only aspect that left me somewhat dissatisfied was the high cost of the hearing aids. Unfortunately, this was beyond the audiologist’s control, and she was unable to offer any adjustments in that regard. Overall, my experience with Connect Hearing was overwhelmingly positive. I truly appreciated the professionalism, empathy, and commitment shown throughout the process.
