  Paul from the Glenmore Landing location helped my father get fitted for hearing aids and we are very happy with the aids. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and he was meticulous to ensure the aids were configured properly for my father--who chose the Phonak aids. We were intimidated, at first, going into our initial consultation because we didn't know anything about hearing aids, but Paul was very informative and patient with us throughout the process. Our follow-up appointments were much of the same and he left us feeling reassured that we made the right choice. My father is very happy with the aids and delighted to regain his hearing capacity.

  I recently purchased hearing aids from Connect Hearing and I must say, the customer service exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the attention I received was personalized, professional, and incredibly patient. Appointments were punctual, and every interaction felt warm and respectful. The audiologist who assisted me was exceptional. Upon learning that I was relocating abroad, she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and ensure I received the best possible care before my departure. Her dedication was evident—not only did she provide thorough guidance, but she also generously supplied me with several boxes of batteries and cleaning products to support my transition. The facilities at Connect Hearing were modern and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The only aspect that left me somewhat dissatisfied was the high cost of the hearing aids. Unfortunately, this was beyond the audiologist’s control, and she was unable to offer any adjustments in that regard. Overall, my experience with Connect Hearing was overwhelmingly positive. I truly appreciated the professionalism, empathy, and commitment shown throughout the process.

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Connect Hearing at Glenmore Landing! My audiologist, Roberta, was exceptional. She’s not only accommodating and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and friendly. It’s clear she loves what she does, and that passion shines through. Roberta took the time to explain my hearing loss in detail and conducted a thorough hearing test, making the whole process so comfortable. Maria, the tech, was fantastic as well. She showed me how to use my hearing aids and her bubbly, friendly personality made it such a positive experience. She also followed up with me to ensure everything was working perfectly – such a nice touch! Jolene at the front desk was equally impressive. Despite my limited availability, she was accommodating when booking my appointments, and she was excellent at sending reminders. Jolene was also patient and helpful when explaining how to apply for WCB coverage for my hearing aids. I highly recommend the Audeo Infinio 70’s. I’ve been using them for a month now, and the difference has been life-changing. The technology is incredible, and I hear perfectly – no issues at all. Before, I was struggling to hear and it was affecting my quality of life, not to mention driving the people around me crazy. Connect Hearing set me up with a trial pair, and I was blown away by how well I could hear. Choosing to get a permanent pair was the best decision I’ve made, and I have zero regrets. If you’re looking for hearing aids, I highly recommend the team at Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing. Ask for Roberta! The entire experience was fantastic, and I’m so grateful to the whole team.
