Pulled up to the drive thru with a trailer in tow. One vehicle in front of us no one behind us. We were told he wouldn’t take our order because we had trailer on. No where on the property does it say you can not have a trailer in the drive thru. What a complete waste of time they will never get my business again.

Goggle says it's open but door locked After inside blue an Red hair person took order then slammed chairs around then went back to drive through not washing hands no personality took long time to get food no jelly for biscuit no sugar and cream for coffee food was served to go place just sucks

Waited in line for 25 minutes before leaving. If you are going to the Thermopolis McDonalds after 8 don’t. They completely ignore the drive through if there is anyone inside.

Extremely slow, even with very few people waiting. And they got my order wrong, even after I carefully explained it three times (didnt overcharge they just gave me the wrong order). Find a different place nearby.
