Got to the second window and was told to pull up that the machine was down and they needed to make them by hand. Didn't think anything of it besides the dude that came to the window was rude and clearly annoyed by our order. We pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes for them to come out with 3 Strawberry Shakes... Not what we ordered and before we could say anything the girl that brought our order out ran back inside. Not worth waiting for them to correct as we had places to be. However on our way down the road we realize we should have. One you could see they started making it a chocolate shake but then made strawberry (chocolate syrup was still in the bottom), The second the cup is cracked so we cannot even drink it without it going everywhere. Douglas Wy McDonald's... 1. To the dude working, if you don't like your job look for something you do. 2. Slow down and read the orders correctly because strawberry banana smoothies are much different from strawberry shakes. That's all.

We asked if they had the new meals in stick because they said they would have them today and they said not till Thursday. They gave me a dirty look like we were making then do their job they signed up for. All the employees should literally be replaced with robots because maybe then not only would service be better but they won't mess up the orders too

Pancakes were like rubber. So we got no breakfast until Denver. Thanks McDonald's for an epic breakfast. They got my money I ate air!
