    Wheeling McDonals charged me $38.29 for a small mocha and a sausage McGriddles, which should have been $8.29, .

    While the food was typical McDonald's food, this place was amazing!!! The staff was helpful and even gave the kids stickers. They have a separated play place and it was awesome. The kids said it was an obstacle course up top and they even have a family bathroom in the play area so you don't have to go far. Will definitely be going back!!!

    The people working the drive thru pickup window are downright rude and lack any type of customer service skills. They can't be bothered to their greet customers, but have no problem talking badly about them with their coworkers. Next time, close the window before you make comments about a customer bringing their dog through the drive thru. I will say the woman taking payments was great!

    Play area for kids was awesome! 5 year old and a 3 year old loved it! Area was clean and they brought us our food ! I never had to leave sight of the kids!

    Nobody working the counter. I wanted to use cash but after 10 minutes of waiting I finally opted to use the self serve kiosk - I will never again. After placing your order it hits you with 5 different attempts at upscale prompts. Everything about the experience is just terrible anymore.
