    We love the play area. It was so clean! The party room looks amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind! We absolutely will be back!

    Waited over an hour and a half AFTER placing my order for pick-up inside the restaurant, (order placed at 1:40pm, arrived at restaurant at 1:55pm, finally got food after 3:20 pm) There were multiple customers who waited more than 1 hr for food. There were multiple customers who placed orders who then asked for a refund for their order. There should not have been any reason why multiple people at this location had to wait over an hour for their food. If they are having issues keeping up with orders due to promotions going on, close the inside and focus just primarily on drive thru, or have more people come in or have more people stay later to cover the needs.

    I do not know who worked the drive-thru tonight, but WOW. I sat there while more, and more cars, from the other lane of a drive-thru, kept moving ahead leaving us, and 3-4 other cars just sitting, and waiting. Absolutely ridiculous... Whoever worked the drive-thru lanes tonight, needs to be put somewhere else on the line. Just WOW...
