  First I'll start with what I ordered. bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown, a large hot mocha and a med Carmel latte thru the drive thru. They tried to give me two different orders before they gave me my biscuit and hash brown and told me to pull up to wait for my coffee. I pulled up and seen 20 cars, I counted, go by and still nothing for me. I went in and told them and they were not nice about forgetting about me. They hand me a Carmel latte and I tasted it and it was just hot water. So I told them I need another one and my mocha. They asked at least 6 times what I got and then the lady comes over and with a smart aditude ask for my receipt. I told they didn't give me one. They acted like I was trying to scam them. I was there for 37 min and they didn't care at all. Also 3 other people came up to the counter because they didn't get what they ordered. I don't do many reviews but they were terrible.

  Slowest and worst McDonald's on the planet. 29 minutes in drive thru line and still waiting. It's like this all of the time. They're wondering around the parking lot asking people if this is their food and if not what did they order. Complete disaster.

  The service is slow first service I always wait 5 to 10 minutes for my things even if it's just an iced coffee wait time is ridiculous not to mention I use my points to get a free iced coffee and they charged me 27 cents for my free iced coffee tell me how that makes sense not to mention the tables have been dirty every time I walk in

  The employees at this location have made ignoring customers an art form. Both me and the customer in front of me waiting to order were ignored for a good 5 minutes until I loudly said “can someone take our order”. Then when I went up to the counter to get a refill I had to stand there while everyone ignored me again. I again loudly said “can I get a refill?” and they still ignored me. One was playing with her ear phones and phone and I know the one one who waited on me before heard me and was purposely ignoring me. Finally I waved my arm at a shift manager and was able to get my refill.
