Every single time I go to this McDonald's, I try to order a Frappé and their machine is NEVER working. Literally. Every single time.
Also, 9 times out of 10, the food, especially the French fries 🍟 are always cold and/or soggy.

Waited 15 plus minutes today 12/9/25 at 11am- 11:15 never seen a person come to counter to service. A couple in front of us was here before us. After placing our order we sat at our table 30’ with a number and still never got our food! Staff stressed and rude, I’m guessing really short staffed.

Customer service doesn't exist anymore within fast food. Service was slow employees are rude and couldn't be more obvious they dont care about their jobs.
