- CDC Dunn5 days ago1.0I drove up to the drive thru. Immediately a young lady takes my order. Drive to to the 2nd window, the young lady greets me, and I pay for my order. I drive to window #1. The young lady at that window practically throws my son's drink at me and then very rudely said pull up around the corner to space #1. I move a long to space #1. There are no other customers/cars in the drive-thru and I'm confused as to why I had to move. I wait 20 minutes. At this point, I now have cars parked behind me waiting on their orders. An employee walks out of the building and comes to my car. She asks if I ordered the 2 lattes. Nope! Sure didn't. Five more minutes pass. She returns with my order and tells me it was on the counter and none of the employees knew who it was supposed to go to. Every time you go to McDonald's there is some kind of BS going on. I'm boycotting!

We have never seen a front counter crew move as efficiently as this team, especially during the lunch time rush with a line at the drive-through window that they also kept moving quickly. Well done, Inwood, WV McD’s!
