- ADAustin Durandetto2 days ago1.0AVOID!!! If you want to wait 20+ minutes for your drinks or food and want to hear how shitty some of the employees are treated this store is for you!! if you’d like your stuff in a timely fashion go to literally any other dunkin.

- KSKatelynn SlagleDec 18, 20251.0I frequent this location quite a bit, and the customer service is exceptionally awful. I usually give grace, because I know they are extremely busy but today sent me over the edge. I ordered online and went inside to pick up 20 mins later. My drink was ready however my 10 glazed munchkins were not. After waiting patiently another 10 minutes I decided to ask an employee for help, to which she threw up her hands in an "I don't know" attitude and continued to ignore me. 20 more minutes goes by and another customer in the store who received 3 dozen donuts spoke up for me asking if they could give me the 10 munckins. To which the employee dismissively, sarcastically and rudely said "yeah let me just get RIGHT on that!" At that point I said forget it and walked out. It would have taken 10 seconds to throw 10 munchkins in a box. I waited patiently for 30 minutes before giving up. A simple "Sorry we're so busy, just give me a second" goes a long way! These employees truly need a 101 class on customer service. I will say there is ONE employee in there who is always friendly and efficient. Unsure of his name but he has a darker complexion. I never have an issue when he is working. He deserves a raise and the others could really learn something from him! Unfortunately he was not working today.

The staff is friendly, engaging, and works very hard to fulfill everybody's order in a timely manner. This is my go to Dunkin' and will contiue to be!!!
