    I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. I was waiting in line, and the cashier took care of the lady in front of me just fine. But then she saw me and just walked away. I ended up standing there for about seven or eight minutes with no one coming to take my order, so I just left.

    This McDonald’s in Grafton, WV was a huge letdown. The wait time was ridiculous even though it wasn’t busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong and the food was cold. The employees were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix the mistake. Definitely not the quality or service you expect from McDonald’s.

    Buy one double cheeseburger at regular price get the second double cheeseburger for 1 dollar. But I got lucky when ordering I didn't know this, nor did a see a sign showing this
