I rarely leave negative reviews but this one needs to be pointed out. Too many times the Cross Lanes store has equipment down or they're out of products. Many who may read this would have to agree because it's true honest facts. I've learned that it's worth the drive to go elsewhere for service. I can't really rate the food because I hardly get what I ask for. Extremely disappointed.

The drive-through attendant kept saying hold on a minute hold on a minute never did come to the drive-through more than 5 to 6 minutes. Sitting in line snapped at me and my wife through the drive-through several times. I drove off and you guys can stuff that McDonald’s up your backside. I’ll never come there again. when we drove by, he was talking to someone in the drive-through. I guess he was too busy visiting to serve the public. I went to Wendy’s. It was better.
