  Literally every single time I order they mess it up. At this point I’m thinking they doing it on purpose I pay for extra stuff every time and barely ever get it. I literally have to get extra jimmy peppers on the side because they never put it on the sandwich like I say. and they only want to remake it which is fine but who wants to make 2 trips to get 1 meal. Close the 433 down. Bad representation of my fav food place. I’ll go to Oakland everytime!

  I order jimmy johns alot. Its my go to lunch spot for my breaks. I can honestly say this is my first bad experience in a long time. I asked about the pickle sandwich, and the lady who was making sandwiches nicely stated, its online only. I asked about the chips, which I love. The lady asked a gentleman with dreads can they sale them. He stated in a rude voice" are they out there! I said no. He stated back rudely "well no! I typically leave but I decided to order. We ordered a tuna sub and a number 7. The tuna was watery, the sub was soggy. The number 7 did not include certain extras. It was dry and the lettuce was brown, and soggy. Wont be back, and i totally feel like I wasted my money.

  I never brought any food from there until then and omg the sandwich was delicious I have to go back 😋

  Go in to order at 8pm, the store closes at 9pm. Am told I have to take it to go because the lobby is closed, take out only. How does a restaurant that doesn’t have a drive thru and requires you to order in the lobby have a lobby the closes before the store does? Doesn’t make any sense but the girl working was sure to not do any extra work and made me take it to go.
