- ERErin ReneDec 28, 20251.0This store does not respect or care about their customers. Every time I pick up my order in the drive thru, they have no idea what my order is and need to ask every time. The final straw was this Friday. I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up on the restaurant. When I arrived, I informed them I had a mobile order and read the code. They asked me what I ordered and I told them. I then waited in line for my food for over 20 minutes. When I finally made it to the window to pick up my food, Colleen, who claimed to be the manager, told me that they are only taking door dash orders. I had already paid for my food via the mobile app, and she said I would have to call for a refund. She agreed to comp my food if I returned the next day. When we returned to pick up our food as promised, they made us pay for our fries. We didn’t get anything comped because McDonalds never reimbursed us for our order. This happened 2 days ago, so I should have my money back by now since she said it would be back within 24 hours. The whole experience was just totally ridiculous and unprofessional. I’m never returning to this location.

I always do the survey for McDonald and I was going to order the same thing I do every time, get a meal and then the sandwich would be the free one for the survey. She refuse to make a transaction making me not order and loose a sale rather then taking the time to making it right. So much about teaching the staff the correct way. Did not use the BLAST system her eagle as a manager. Please fix , they lost me for this location .

I have never once received a correct order from this location and generally don't like posting negative reviews but come on. This visits mistake was all the contents of a Big Mac hust dumped in a box, whatever order.
