Couple weeks ago we did a Doordash order, for breakfast. Sealed bag and all from the restaurant. Dasher did not open the sealed bag.All we received were the hash browns and drinks.
Drove there to ask for the breakfast items that were missing. Took a minute to be acknowledged which is fine. I get it, gets busy.
When we were addressed. A nice manager and team member took care of what we needed.
What wasn't appreciated was a different team member gave attitude saying she put the sandwichs in the bag. Basically blaming us for the missing food.
The missing food was made and the nice team member gave us pies, and the nice manager stated she gave us extra hash browns.
Very greatful for being resolved. Did not appreciate the one individuals additude.
While we were walking out someone stated that they were not sure if they put the extra hash browns in the bag. Then I hear someone else say they didn't care if they were in the bag. Bad attitude continued.
This point exiting the store with what we have. Did not need to continue interaction as I admit I was very defensive for being blamed for something we did not do.
Have not been back since and will not go back to that McDonald's. Liked resolution to concerns, but some of the team just had a horrible attitude.
Do greatly appreciate the nice manager and the one team member for their efforts.

Good customer service. When I got my food. My burger was flat like an pancake and the bread had a tear on the side. Like Did they sit on my burger? French fries were really salty. I did complain about my order. They fries where better less salt. The cheese burger. They forgot the pickles. I said forget it.

Well its a well ran mcdonald's cant say more than that
But I can say that the ice-cream machine does tend to work at this one so its like a magic Mcdonald's. One of the Mcdonald's that is only talked about in legends lol

I didn’t think a McD’s could get any jankier but the staff here are rude & the food has been cold the past couple times and the ice cream machine never works

What the heck is wrong with this location? It's been taking FOREVER 20 mins + to get food! Messing up orders. This is RIDICULOUS. Report this franchise location to corporate. They need to be shut down as they're not in compliance with McDonald's corporate standards!
