I was in the drive thru earlier, and the guy handed me a straw that wasn't in a wrapper thinking it was normal. I'm trying to give it back to him telling him I want a straw in it's wrapper that hasn't been contaminated, and he gave me a crazy look and then thru me another straw and gave me another crazy look.........SERIOUSLY!!! What the hell is up with the horrible customer service?

Over salted, over cooked, or just not the "good kind." More than half of the time, they're not hot or fresh tasting. This isn't the first McDonald's that I've been to, that has there fries that way either. IF you're going to charge so much, yet advertising fresh & delicious ones, then dang it sell those! It's like false advertisement. Especially when everything is up in prices & (almost) $30.00 in food for 3 people is insane!
