  Update 9/15/24: So disappointed. I won't exaggerate and say we order here every time we get pizza, more like 50%. The rest is Domino's. After yesterday, they have all my business. Ordered a My Hut Box with pizza, buffalo wings, and a soda. I also got a buffalo chicken melt and a double order of breadsticks. I opened a My Hut Box to see that buffalo sauce from the wings was all over the back of the box and leaking out the sides and the wings themselves were barely covered. I had to use a spatula to get the sauce onto the wings. I took a couple of bites of the pizza and it tasted weird. I peeled up the cheese to find there was just the absolute thinnest layer of sauce with a small amount gathered at the edge against the crust. I grabbed another piece and the same thing. The other 2 pieces had slightly more. Wings were ok. Both bags of breadsticks were soaked. Both orders were soft bread, with no crisp or crunch. They were missing the awesome butter that they are usually soaked in and were only seasoned on half. They tasted more like a dinner roll. Finally, the buffalo chicken melt was made just like the pizza, with hardly any sauce. It only had the smallest amount of buffalo sauce in the fold of the melt, nothing on the chicken at all. It was just a dry chicken, onion, and cheese sandwich. I was so excited to try something new. I was hungry and spent money only to wait for something inedible to arrive. They had 4 different menu choices and none were even average. A waste of money and I was still hungry in the end. Stupid. Can I get more pizza with that crust?

  Do not order here they always forget something! I had delivery and they didn’t bring my cheese breadsticks and extra sauce. I called before closing and no one answered the phone. I asked for contact less delivery and the driver kept knocking on my door waiting for me. They had voided my order he told me and the tip i had originally left was not entered on what they charged me.

  Ordered online and usually is about 20-25 minutes at most for pick up. Got there and was told it would be a minute or two order was not ready. 25 minutes later I’m still waiting. Waited over 45 minutes to get our order! Got home and found out they never put any flavoring on the crust like we had ordered and it shows on the receipt. Should have go take out from another place, disappointing when you wait so long and the pizza isn’t even how you ordered and wanted it 👎🏼
