I went to use it the day after and the lady in the drive thru wasn't paying attention talking to her boss about "transferring" there. She took my card, charged it, then threw it away. I asked for it back and she said there was nothing left on it. I said that wasn't possible and she both refused to give me the card or a receipt and closed the window on me. I honestly still can't believe this happened and I should've went in or contacted corporate but I was in a rush.
