- SLSamuel LingJul 26, 20251.0Came in, bought snacks and drinks to be denied breaking a $100 bill, mind you it was $16 and change for the order. So i spent the $20 bill i had towards it. I then needed gas for a long drive today, so i prepaid the $100 bill on my pump, and only needed $16 worrh to top off. The sales associate, Phil, then gets a manager to tell me i must spend the difference of $60 to get my change. I demanded my change, to be told i am being trespassed? Excuse me, but you dont know my financial situation, and that was what i had on me to spend. This is by far the worst experience in the 8 years I've been usuing this station, and i buy gas every time. The sales clerk, Phil, was immediately deffensive in the situation, and was not good with his customer handling. He came off immediately rude when i pulled out $100. Last i checked, its money, and you're a gas station off a main highway, who also sells liquor, so you have the flow to break $100.
