There was also too much tarter sauce on the fish sandwich, the bun was greasy on top kinda like if it had butter on it. The fries were cold, soggy and hard as a rock at the same time

I noticed a review that mentioned that this does not look like a typical McDonalds. Some of that could be from the fact that decades ago, it was a Hardee's so the structure of the building is a little different. It has been remodled a few times since then. Back to the staff. The person who took the order was very friendly. Granted I am juding the place off one transaction, with one person but it was better than you often get at McDonalds. I also noted that the manager was right in the mix getting things done and keeping things moving. Overall the place was fairly clean and the service was good. You know what you are getting with the food, still it tasted fairly good. When travelling through, I would stop again.
