I don't go to McDonald's very often but when I'm near the Ripon I'll definitely stop. Every time I order whatever it is it comes out fresh and hot. I usually will only eat at the Ripon location.
Today I was in town and figured I'd get a small double hamburger, sm fry and sm drink(12/29/25 approx 3pm). It did not disappoint it was great. What was not great was the rude angry man at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the first window to pay I didn't see anyone, so I assumed he meant the other window. Boy was I wrong he grabbed my cash I asked him if it was $.72, he said I don't know, I told him I was sorry, I didnt see anyone at the other window. He then walked away. When he came back threw the change in my hand and some coins fell out onto the ground(no apology) . He gave me my bag of ordered items slammed the window in my face. I tried to stay in line to talk to him about it but he refused to turn around. All I have to say is maybe he should clean the bathrooms instead and some therapy . How disheartening this experience was. I usually don't post reviews but this was so sad for me.

When the so called, power trip boy with glasses got mad at me for ORDERING food via kiosk that I paid for, then I redeemed it for something free, a few minutes later... I promise you will not have a successful future because this bothered you?! It's my money and my points... He also got mad at my husband for paying for his food and then used his points to redeem a small coffee. Silly little kids working a job that will be their future with their attitude.

My family loves to eat here. It's a good fast food joint. The customer service could use a little help. Also my youngest brother is a manager there and he definitely runs a good a fast food crew. His management is by the best he's great with customer service and I always keep him updated when we go there for lunch or whatever we decide to eat. The breakfast is also delicious too, its by the best fast food breakfast in Berlin wi. Its worth checking out, the only downside is that breakfast is only served till 10:30am. It used to be served all day but was changed awhile back. My family would love if they decided to serve breakfast all day.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, there's an older bald man at the window who is consistently rude. It doesn't seem to matter what I order-his tone is unfriendly, and he acts like helping customers is a burden. It really affects the experience and makes me not want to return. I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the staff is usually much nicer.

Apparently their useless employees don’t even know how to make an egg McMuffin…used the wrong eggs.
