I shrug it off, pay him, and head back inside. Upon opening the bowl, I notice some of the wings lack any form of breading on them. I'm not T H A T picky, so I eat the meat that's in the bowl. When I'm finished, I see that there's a bunch of breading soaking in the sauce on the bottom of the bowl. Pretty sure there was less than 16 wings in there too. This has never actually happened with this place before, so I wouldn't read too much into it.
