I had some chicken noodle soup and it was room temperature. Not very much chicken was on the buffet and my mother's piece of dark meat barely had any meat on it. This location used to be really good but unfortunately the quality of the buffet has gone down hill. We also had a stack of about 7 plates on our table waiting to be picked up from the staff, while they were cleaning other tables and walking by ours. We were going to mention our experience while we were there, but no staff member was seen for about the last 15 minutes we were there. Safe to say we won't be back for quite some time.

I've been to more Pizza Ranch restaurants than most people and this one has the best staff. They are friendly, attentive, didn't judge me for my huge appetite and continued to replenish food and clean the place up. The soft serve machine was unfortunately out of service and the gentleman working offered me a cup of ice cream from the back which deserves five stars on its own. Most other locations' employees make it clear they just want me to set the tongs down and get out! Haha. Overall, I'm impressed with this Pizza Ranch and recommend trying it out. If I'm ever in the greater Portage area again I'll make it a point to stop here again. Thanks so much!
- CMC MNov 20, 20251.0What a rip off, they way overcharge for a meal and their deserts were terrible. The ice cream machine is broken and according to others has been for a while. If you can't provide all your services than don't charge for them. Will never go back!!
