  They seem to be severely understaffed. I waited in the drive thru for a significant amount of time, at the speaker, just to give my order, because I believe all employees were busy up front. However, I did not notice a crowd inside. When I did give my order, I had to repeat it 3 times (it wasn't a complex order), so their equipment might be a little broken. The staff was polite, however.

  Food was terrible and cold, would not recommend coming here. No staff at night, it took forever to get my order taken walking in. There was a bad smell coming from the back of the store. Tables looked like children rubbed their food and faces on the tables. The general vibe was depressing and lame. Managers have attitude and barking orders at children when I come at other times of the day. Do better McDonald's.

  They are no longer, "fast food" they take forever to get orders out. There were maybe 6 cars in the drive thru line and it took more than 15min to get 1 cheeseburger. It actually took so long that i left without my food. Horrible experience.

  Fries were half full, ordered through the app and picked up at counter (QPC MEAL, separate medium fry and a small shake) and they combined it into the meal somehow. So I didn’t get the fry and soda I selected with my meal.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to mc donalds with my boyfriend's mom. I used to work here. We both used our mobile apps and got large fries. Our food comes out and she pulls out her fry and hers was full to the rim and I pulled mine out and it was half full. I had told the girl that gave us our order that the fries came like that and if I could get a little more in the box and she smirks and shrugged her shoulders and said that she didn't make the bag and claimed that I had ate some and walked off. Me and my bfs mom think this might have been on purpose because how come she got a large fry and mine was only half AND my bfs mom ordered a quarter pounder and they gave her a deluxe. How unreal.
