However, today I received a random call and it was Pizza Hut! The GM there, Ms. Rachel had called me to express her concerns, Wished me a Happy Birthday, Gave Me a Full Refund and Gave me My Birthday order for free! If that’s not Professionalism I don’t know what is! She was so nice, kind and very sweet! I’m so glad I got the chance to experience this person because nowadays people aren’t so kind! Her Customer Service and ability to go above and beyond is what I feel make this Pizza Hut the Absolute Best in Town! Keep up the Great Work Queen! I hope Pizza Hut Appreciates you as much as I do! But my 7 year old really wanted it so I placed an online order and specifically wrote "no sauce on the wings" and they did it anyway. When confronted, they continued to tell me that it's their company policy and they "couldn't help it" that they HAVE to put sauce on the wing (huh!?). Either way, it's my fault, there is a reason why this place has 2.9 Stars.... I will no longer spend my time and $ at this establishment.

They never have exactly what you asked for and they substitute things without telling you and to top it off, they are way too expensive to only give out boneless wings with every deal…just terrible
