Staff stand around don’t ask if you need assistance, don’t want you to ask them anything, dining area always nasty especially soda machine. It always sound like Puerto Rico inside I love the loud music makes up for the long wait. I took my daycare to lunch a few times every time I had to ask them to clean the tables and floors. They say they don’t speak English or understand so we stopped going to McDonald’s because of the lack of communication an customer service

Got meal deal ask for light salt fries. Received very salty cold fries. Sent back for no salt got them itty bitty small fries. Big Mac meat to small 4 the bun. Sweet tea was not sweet tasted bitter. Pickup window gurl had a attitude like she didnt want to work 🙄 oh well u picked the job put a smile on 😂

Waited at the counter for by online pick up for over 10 minutes. I tried to get employees attention but they just walked right by. When I finally DID get the attention of an employee with a VERY bad attitude, I was told I need to tell someone when I get there to pick up my food... I TRIED but was ignored.. place needs MUCH better management, and this comes from someone who works in a "fast food" type restaurant. Food was good, once I finally GOT IT, so I didn't give only 1 star.

I stopped going here period! They lost me forever!
The drive-thru at this McDonald's location is a disaster—it is, by far, the most frustrating on the North side. I have visited this location well over ten times between 2020 and 2025, and the problem is systemic: the dual-lane ordering configuration is flawed.
In nearly every instance, the outer drive-thru lane is skipped, while the inner lane is prioritized. I have personally observed the inner lane place 4 or more orders before the outer lane even gets a turn. This constant, unfair queue-jumping is infuriating. It reflects a complete failure of operations that Undefined (the management/franchise) has ignored this crippling inefficiency for years. It's truly pathetic and inexcusable.

I come to this McDonald’s because it is nearby my job, and McDonald’s is usually cheap. Albeit the inflation of prices and reduction of size of food, it is just there. However, on my specific visit I am appalled by this location. I ordered two mcchickens, a six piece nugget, and a large fry. No nuggets, of course as that would require them to actually do their job. Never mind that when I arrived to the drive thru I waited five whole minutes, as well as three other customers, one actually leaving, before anyone even said anything on the speaker. Then when I said “Hello?”, they just go “yeah,one minute”. Customer service has never existed at this location. They hire employees who don’t care about their job, which I get, it’s a McDonald’s. But also, you choose your job. They make me pull around to wait, for the not even a lot of food I got. It’s not even hot, and it’s not all there. This staff is horrible. Every single time even if I order two mcchickens and nobody else is there, they ask me to pull around. This location is in a horrible area, with terrible staff. My dinner, after being on call and working for 18hrs straight without sleep, is not not even warm or complete. Thanks McDonald’s employees whose job is to make food and put it in a bag. Figure it out.
