I didn’t want to exchange because I hate when they hand you the cup with their nasty hands all over top overall just a guttabut experience.

This order was placed at 7:46 am and it’s now 8:46 am an hour later and i still haven’t received my food yet. I got here around 8:05 ish they didn’t even ask me for my code, they asked me what the name was and i gave them the name. Proceed to give me the wrong order, and told me to pull up and wait. This is so disappointing. I waited over 40 minutes for a sausage egg mcmuffin meal and hash browns.

When I pointed out to one of the employees (a girl with pink hair) that the work was poorly organized, I received rudeness in response and was told that my order would not be given. Instead of doing their job, the staff were just standing around and talking. It is unacceptable that employees can decide whether or not to give a customer their order.

Another customer pulled up as I was waiting and left after realizing we weren't going to he served. Its always something at this location
