- SRSarah RejcOct 18, 20252.0Crafty Cow has gone down hill in terms of food quality. We sat at the bar and was able to put in a drink and food order pretty quickly. Our server then forgot our drinks, which happens. The part that threw me off was when our server was pouring our drinks, another server who was putting clean glasses away was smelling the inside of all of the glasses. I hope they were sanitized properly. In under 10 minutes we were able to get our cheese curd appetizer. However, once we got the curds, they were cold and the cheese was solid on the inside and not melted. It seems like someone else ordered them prior and then didn't want them and they sat. Our food, which were the regular and fancy chicken sandwiches came 2 minutes after our appetizer was delivered. The chicken was old, dried out, cold, and rubbery. It was bad. Even worse was the new fries, which were cold and tasteless. Sadly, the only food item that was good was the ranch that came with the cheese curds. This used to be a great place for food and drinks. I can no longer recommend it. We paid about $30 per person for cold, mediocre food. We would have been better getting McChicken's and French fries from the McDonald's across the street.
