I placed an order which on the online menu showed $9.99 but because I called my order in I was charged about $4.50 more per pizza. I won’t be going there again since such a price difference makes no sense

They don't seem to grasp the concept that an all you can eat buffet is supposed to be kept supplied, rather than putting one pizza out every 10 minutes only to leave customers waiting for more. You got one job to do. Fix pizza. Phoned in an order to pickup 2 large pan pizzas. Instead got 2 thin crust pizzas that were hardly cooked. Underside was doughy and white. Had to cook in my own oven for 15 minutes. Will be contacting corporate office to get this franchise owner and staff reeducated on how to do the job right. Have ordered my last pizza from this Merrill dump.
