    Cayenne pepper is not hot sauce. My son and I both got the mild his sauce was darker than mine. The cayenne is so nasty. That’s not how you make hot wings. Also some of my pizza were blackened on top especially the plain cheese. I’m full of regrets with this order.

    Beware prices are different between online ordering and calling in an order. I placed an order which on the online menu showed $9.99 but because I called my order in I was charged about $4.50 more per pizza. I won’t be going there again since such a price difference makes no sense

    This particular Pizza Hut leaves alot to be desired!The Wednesday night buffet is a joke! They don't seem to grasp the concept that an all you can eat buffet is supposed to be kept supplied, rather than putting one pizza out every 10 minutes only to leave customers waiting for more. You got one job to do. Fix pizza. Phoned in an order to pickup 2 large pan pizzas. Instead got 2 thin crust pizzas that were hardly cooked. Underside was doughy and white. Had to cook in my own oven for 15 minutes. Will be contacting corporate office to get this franchise owner and staff reeducated on how to do the job right. Have ordered my last pizza from this Merrill dump.

    Food is a hit or a miss depending on the day. The service isn't the best. Today was a miss. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way and I got the cinnamon rolls with barely any glazing. Seriously who does that?
